Inclusive Access provides employment services to both individuals and employers in the Wirral and Merseyside areas and currently we deliver two employment programmes on Wirral:

• Rise (supporting claimants of Incapacity Benefit)
  
• Rise and Shine (supporting young people who are NEET aged 16-17).

They are both targeted at workless people with disabilities and inherent in our approach is our understanding of disabilities and barriers to employment, which enables us to assist people in their journey towards work.

The programmes focus on empowering individuals and developing their soft skills e.g. self esteem and confidence building as well as helping them to prepare for a work environment. This is achieved by considering key topics such as team working, rights and responsibilities and developing research skills to access further information and support.

We are an Aset Learning Centre and both programmes are accredited to level 1. www.aset.co.uk
