Inclusive Access provides employment services to both individuals and employers in the Wirral and Merseyside areas.
At the present time Inclusive Access is part of the Reach Out Partnership delivering training for people with barriers to work as part of the Government initiative Work Programme. The Reach Out Partnership is managed by Involve Northwest. Reach Out is a new start for you to embrace all kinds of opportunities that can lead you to work on your terms and in the right environment.
There are four interactive topics run in small groups
- Setting your Sights - aiming for personal goals
- What`s In It for Me? - change for the better by being in work
- Getting and Keeping your Job - what keeps us motivated and focussed
- Dealing with Life, Jobs and Your Rights - working in today`s world of work
Recently we have delivered three other programmes:
- Rise (supporting claimants of Incapacity Benefit). This project won the Strictly Regeneration Awards in the Creative Communities Section 2008
- Rise and Shine (supporting young people who are NEET aged 16 – 17)
- Working in Partnership with Wirral Jobs (supporting disabled people in their goal of gaining employment)
These programmes targeted workless people with disabilities. Inherent in our approach is our understanding of disabilities and barriers to employment, which enables us to assist people in their journey towards work.
The programmes focus on empowering individuals and developing skills in self esteem and confidence building as well as helping clients prepare for a work environment.
